Under His Wings Catering was born from a desire to share our love for the Southern Style Cooking that Chef Ron grew up with. In Southern New Jersey there is a heartfelt community of food lovers and our menu offers a memorable experience that brings joy many times over. Although Chef Ron grew up with a culinary style influenced by the American South, our kitchen has an eclectic style that endears itself to our customers. Everything that we prepare is made with a love for fresh ingredients and a passion for serving people.
When our family gets together for our Sunday dinners we enjoy a menu that crosses boundaries and brings dynamic flavors. This is what we hope our customers experience at their own family gatherings. During the holidays we are busy providing our customers with our Tea Brined Deep Fried Turkey and our NY style cheesecake. Our fresh homemade pies and southern sides are very popular items as well. We can’t wait to hear from you!

We ordered the lemon meringue pie and apple cobbler. Both were to die for. Such a nice birthday dinner with my son and his wife. Prompt delivery!! I would highly recommend them! My son and his wife were very excited there were leftovers to take home!
